This week is "sweet" and I have this big white bucket in my pantry. I love this bucket. Why? You ask? Well...

Cause it's filled with M&M's, skittles, nerds, licorice, smarties... you name it, it's probably in there.

Now, you may be asking yourself : WHY?? Why in the world do you have a big ol bucket filled with THAT MUCH CANDY?? My answer: We just don't eat a lot of candy. So, we buy some, eat a little and then it just sits around. Eventually, I throw it in the bucket. Then, when we need a little sugar high, we pull it out. Sometimes I will pull it out to decorate a cake or something like that. But mostly, the big, white bucket just sits in the pantry. "Sweet" don't ya think?

I really need a bucket like that! The only problem is I have no self control and there aren't ever any sweet treats left over!

Oh wow! At first I thought what a wonderful idea for my house. But then I realized: there is NEVER anything left to put in there! But what a great idea!

I could use my mop bucket to store stuff in since I never really get around to mopping anything.

THANK YOU for the Good Mail! I got it yesterday, and it really helped break the cloudy gloom that's been over our house for the past two weeks. Yes, we're right in the middle of the storm path that the meteorologists have been talking about. It's rained every. single. freakin. day. for two weeks straight. :( I LOVE the necklace and earrings. Thank you again, Melissa!

Mandy - there are some candies that will NEVER make it into the bucket... like peanut M&M's or marshmallow peeps!

Mom2 - It's a fun thing to have. We don't dip in very often, but when we do the kids feel like "Charlie in the Chocolate Factory" - everything is eatible ;)

meeyauw - It's a fun thing for our family - great way to keep treats hidden too... the kids can't open that bucket!!

ewbl - a mop bucket would be perfect! And, if your kids are like mine, they wouldn't look for it there :) I'm so glad you got your good mail! I hope your storms stop soon...

Michele - I probably have the worst sweet tooth in the house. I bury this thing in the back of the pantry for that reason!!

jean knee - well, if you buy all your candy at Costco, you might have a little left over... :)

sodak angel - COME ON DOWN! Well, actually, you don't want to be here this week. We are looking at temperatures that I would label INSANE. 118 on Wednesday and 121 on Thursday... come down in November. It's beautiful in November... :)
