September
I'm craving fall weather. I have been burning my "Apple Cinnamon" candle. I made a big ol' pot of soup on Sunday (even though it was 104 outside). I find myself looking out the window and wishing I could see reds, oranges, browns and yellows. I miss the colors of fall. I want to rake up a big pile of leaves and play in them. I miss that crisp morning air and the smells of harvest all around. I guess I'll just have to settle for changing my blog again. Besides, every time I open my blog I think, "Wait... who's blog is this?" The pink is just not me... so, this will hopefully feel a little more like my blog and perhaps seeing these dusty fall colors each day will help me not feel so homesick for a change of seasons.

When the blog came up, I thought, "Oops--wrong blog" Looks great. Don't want to make you jealous but in our part of the world it soooooooooo cold. The leaves are changing and Fall has definitely arrived. (I love the Fall, too, even though it means winter is right around the corner.)

Come on down to Colorado! Our temps are wonderfully crisp in the morning and evenings and the colors will start changing anyday now!

I LOVE this color scheme!
Can't say I love that the seasons are changing though. I want Summer to hang on as long as possible.

I love fall too. It's my favorite season. The mornings are nice and cool around here these days so the trees are starting to respond. We had chili last week just in hopes that it would usher it in a little faster :o)

Love the new look of the blog.

Houston is the destination for perpetual summer and year round flip-flop use. At least its cheap to outfit your kids here since you don't need anything heavier than shorts and T-shirts 10 months of the year.

Hi, I'm here from JeanKnee's site. I'm in the hot desert of So Cal, too. I am dying for fall! 100 today and then we cool down to 94. Aahhh.
