Reality Check
Right now... yum... at this very moment... just a sec... I am eating... oops, I dripped... chocolate almond ice cream as fast as I can.... almost done....there. So delish! Now, you may be asking WHY I am wolfing this down as fast as I can. Well, there are 2 reasons.
  1. It's hot here. The slower I go the more my ice cream resembles chocolate milk with chunks. And that's just wrong.
  2. Biggest Loser is on tonight. I really enjoy this show. Mostly because I'm a dork. But, um, I feel kind of guilty sitting in front of the TV watching people diet and work their butts off (literally) whilst I eat my super fattening ice cream. I try to avoid all situations that will add to my mountain of guilt. Thus, the scarfing of the delectable dairy delight before the show starts! Then I don't have the guilt.

So, am I the only one who enjoys reality TV? I know I'm an amazing person, but I can't imagine that they keep putting this show on just for me...

You are not alone. I love reality TV (well, some of it) Hubby and I are both addicted to several shows like American Idol, Survivor and the Amazing Race. I have never really watched The biggest Loser because I would feel like the biggest loser (and not in a good way) while watching it.

Biggest loser? Never even heard of it! Do I need to adjust my TIVO?
Cheers

p.s. I find it hard to believe that someone who tinkers with their template as often as you do, isn't up to the Wordless Wednesday challenge.

i think i'm a reality tv junkie. but i don't watch biggest loser. i've seen it, but don't watch it on a regular basis. my addiction is big brother and survivor. and i don't feel the least bit guilty eating ice cream in front of them =]

I watched American Idol up until my curly Fro man, Chris was booted off.....and that's about it for my reality TV intake. I don't even like game shows anymore. My Papi likes all the dancing programs, though.

I find it hard to get into reality TV, but I do enjoy Dancing With the Stars. My main reason for not watching a lot of them is I do not like watching people be humiliated or get the boot. I'd have to say I'd have NO TROUBLE eating anything chocolate while watching ; )

The Biggest Loser has been on a couple of times in my house. I love to see the transformation these people make. They are awesome!

I'm not a big reality TV fan. I know. I'm stranger than strange. As a matter of fact there isn't much on TV that interests me anymore.

But ice cream? Now that is something I like. A lot.

oh yes. the best is when i'm eating premium ice cream and reading a health magazine. i have to change reading material (never the dessert) out of guilt.

I love the Amazing Race.

Ice cream and TV are a lucious combination.

I'm not a t.v. watcher in general. And the only reality show I've ever watched was the first season of Survivor. But, I love ice cream...

Thanks for adding me to your list!

Oh Melissa, Reality TV is my guilty pleasure! I laughed right out loud when you talked about wolfing down your ice cream because I have done that exact thing except it was a king size kit kat!! And I had to hurry and finish before I could watch Biggest Loser! Like they knew I was eating 450 calories in 5 minutes flat! I love that show. It kind of holds a special place in my heart. I did a boot camp at my gym and lost 50 lbs! It changed my life. I have become an aerobics instructor and have seen some incredible changes in people. My hats off to reality tv!! Any Reality TV! I love them all... American Idol, The Hills, The Bachelor, So you think you can dance... and on and on!
