The One Sound
There is no other noise in the world that gets me moving faster than the sound of a child coughing like they are going to puke. Doesn't matter how sick I am. I will run to that child to try and avert disaster. Hubby is the same way. Unfortunately, we weren't fast enough this morning... sigh. Baby Girl is sick. I'm not sure if it's the same thing that I have... she has a fever, but I never had the upset stomach... not even nausea. So, either the virus has different effects on different people, or it's mutating and changing (they can do that... it's their super power), or this is a completely NEW virus in my home. Wouldn't that be fun?
Stomach flu+ upper respitory infection = anguish, pain, suffering... the list goes on.
I was hoping that the kids would not get this crap. Red coughed for most of the night and now Baby Girl is ill.... hopefully Little Bug won't get it. When he gets sick, he's down and out for weeks. His immune system just can't seem to take it. Hopefully everyone will be better before Thursday. That's our last day to use our tickets to DisneyLand ... anyone have any amazing home remedies they'd like to share that just might help us get better faster?

Snorting/gargling saltwater is a great way to clear up sinus/throat infection. Also steaming up the bathroom can help with nasty coughs, etc...I'm no good with the tummy stuf though, no idea what to do when that happens other than turn on the movies to help the kids rest. So sorry you've got this to deal with right now!
I'm so sorry you are all sick. Wish I had a home remedy ; )
Hopefully it will get through the house and out before your trip. Hope you all feel better soon.
Praying for you. Still.
Hoping for a swift recovery!
At least the same kid doesn't have it one week, well the next week and then sick again. Kids throwing up are the worst! Especially when they aren't exactly sure what's going on!!!
OH! I feel so bad for you! :(
