Removal
I've removed pictures of the kids from my blog. I've read several different things about pictures being "lifted" from blogs and used in advertising or in inappropriate ways and I just don't want to risk it. I'm so sorry... but there will probably not be any more photos of my sweeties on here. And there are a lot of blog posts that don't make sense right now because they went with the photo. I will try to go through and edit them so that they make sense, but it's going to take me awhile!

I've wondered if I should, but I haven't. I've considered water marking all of mine though...

I think you're smart. I actually created a different closed blog for my kids pictures. Not that I use it much....

I love your new blog look.

I totally understand where you are coming from with the pics of the kids.

I'll have to check into how to watermark pictures.

Oh man, there is so much to worry about out there. YIKES!! I'm sad we don't get to the little cutie pies but I totally get it.

I didn't even realize that was a problem. There is so much I have to learn. Bummer.

I've had my entire blog posts lifted and used without permission on an the XM radio website, Chanukah the Jewish rap band. That was flattering, though. What wasn't so flattering was the guy in Malaysia who practically cloned my blog and is passing it off as his own and I can't get the webmaster to take it down. Frustrating....and weird.

I post pictures on mine--but not of my family or of myself. Wait. I might have posted one of myself years ago. I post my pictures on facebook where I'm connected with ACTUAL friends that I know in person. But, I understand exactly your reasoning for doing that (removing the pictures.)
