Doodle Bug
I am not an artist by any stretch of the imagination. I can't get proportions right. Things always look lopsided and stretched or squashed. But I do love to doodle. I used to doodle all the time in classes that didn't quite capture my attention. I had pages filled with notes and the edges of those pages looked kind of like this...
Now, as I sit at the computer downloading things or I'm talking on the phone, I find myself looking at items and trying to copy them. I am not very good at it, but it is fun to do!

So, do you doodle? If so, what do you like to draw? And when do you usually doodle?

  1. Gosh, my doodles are nothing like that--I would NEVER display them. Yours are great.

  2. i doodle on occasion, but mostly i eat at the computer. doodling would be a far healthier habit, methinks.

i used to doodle in class--elem through college--all the time. had to keep from falling asleep. oh, and i'd write the names i wanted to use for my future kids. my actual kids should be *very* grateful that my taste in names evolved since then. :)

  3. Hey, you're good! All I doodle is flowers. I bet that says something really weird about my psyche.

  4. I used to be a doodling fiend...back in the days when I actually used pens and pencils. The keyboard has kind of ruined that aspect of me though. I play tetris and online scrabble instead. Kind of sad. I think your doodles are fabulous!

  6. I love to doodle. I do it all the time. I can't sit through a meeting at working without something to doodle on. Mine aren't quite as sophisticated as yours though.

    Great Marvin....I love him.

  10. i like your doodles. they're more on the artistic side. yes, i doodle, but it's more of lines - curvy and straight. nothing that ends up looking like much.
